End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ArRENCE AI / Webb Local AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ArRENCE AI platform and all related services available at arrenceai.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The ArRENCE AI platform is a cloud-connected service. All AI inference and processing is performed on Webb Local AI private servers operated by Webb Local AI LLC — not on your device. Your conversation history is stored locally on your own device and is never uploaded to or retained on our servers. This Agreement governs your access to that remote service.

1. Grant of License

ArRENCE AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ArRENCE AI platform for personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This license does not convey any ownership interest in the service or any of its underlying technology, models, or intellectual property.

2. Third-Party Model Attributions

The ArRENCE AI platform incorporates and builds upon third-party machine learning models and services. We acknowledge the following attributions:

Fine-Tuned Models

The following models have been fine-tuned by ArRENCE AI Lab and are hosted on Webb Local AI private servers within the patent-pending ArRENCE AI system:

Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct — developed by Alibaba Cloud / Qwen Team. Licensed under Apache 2.0. Fine-tuned and hosted on Webb Local AI private servers within the patent-pending ArRENCE AI system.
Qwen2.5-Math-14B-Instruct — developed by Alibaba Cloud / Qwen Team. Licensed under Apache 2.0. Fine-tuned and hosted on Webb Local AI private servers within the patent-pending ArRENCE AI system.
Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct — developed by Meta AI. Licensed under the Meta Llama 3.1 Community License Agreement. Fine-tuned and hosted on Webb Local AI private servers within the patent-pending ArRENCE AI system.
DeepSeek-Coder-V2-Lite-Instruct — developed by DeepSeek AI. Licensed under the DeepSeek License Agreement. Fine-tuned and hosted on Webb Local AI private servers within the patent-pending ArRENCE AI system.
Dolphin3.0-Qwen2.5-1.5B — developed by Cognitive Computations (Eric Hartford). Licensed under Apache 2.0. Fine-tuned and hosted on Webb Local AI private servers within the patent-pending ArRENCE AI system.

Base-Form Models

The following models are hosted on Webb Local AI private servers and used in base form within proprietary agentic pipelines:

gpt-oss-20b — hosted on Webb Local AI private servers and used in base form within proprietary agentic pipelines.
Qwen2.5-Coder-14B-Instruct — developed by Alibaba Cloud / Qwen Team. Licensed under Apache 2.0. Hosted on Webb Local AI private servers and used in base form within proprietary agentic pipelines.

Third-Party APIs and Services

The following external APIs and services are integrated into the platform:

icanhazdadjoke.com API — used for humor features (free public API).
Wikidata API — provided by the Wikimedia Foundation. Available under CC0 1.0 Universal.
DuckDuckGo Search API — used for web search features.
Stable Diffusion — used for AI image generation features.
SearXNG — open-source metasearch engine used for search aggregation.
Mealz.db (TheMealDB) — recipe data used under commercial license.

3. Patent Notice

The ArRENCE AI system architecture, including its multi-model routing, agentic pipeline orchestration, and specialized inference framework, is the subject of a pending patent application. All rights reserved. No license, express or implied, is granted under any patent or patent application by this Agreement, except the limited right to use the service as an end user.

4. Service Architecture and Data Handling

The ArRENCE AI platform is a remote service, not a locally-installed AI. When you use the Service, your queries are transmitted to Webb Local AI private servers operated by Webb Local AI LLC for processing. All AI inference runs on those private servers — no AI processing occurs on your device.

The following data handling terms apply to all users:

No conversation storage. Your chat history and conversation content are never saved on our servers. They exist only on your own device, in your browser session or desktop application. We have no ability to access or recover your conversation history.
No third-party AI routing. Your queries are never forwarded to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). All inference is performed exclusively on Webb Local AI private servers.
User-directed storage only. The only content stored server-side on your behalf is content you explicitly choose to save: notes, tasks, and calendar entries. You may delete this data at any time.
No training on your data. Your conversation content is never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models.

5. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or architecture of the ArRENCE AI platform or any of its components.
Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend access to the service to any third party.
Commercially resell, repackage, or white-label any output, functionality, or component of the service without prior written consent from ArRENCE AI / Webb Local AI LLC.
Use the service to develop a competing product or service.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or markings on the service.
Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. ArRENCE AI / Webb Local AI LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content generated by the AI models will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ArRENCE AI / WEBB LOCAL AI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ArRENCE AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination

ArRENCE AI / Webb Local AI LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the service will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the platform.
